Terms & Conditions: Ilustration

Work Process
- Before starting any illustration, the client must make a 50% upfront payment of the total price.
- During the process, watermarked sketches will be provided for the client’s review and approval.
- Once the sketch is approved, the illustration will proceed to lineart and final coloring.
- The client may request minor adjustments after approving the sketch (details, colors, etc.).
- Major changes (composition, background changes, adding new characters, etc.) may be requested for an additional fee.
- All previews will include a watermark until full payment is completed.
- After receiving the remaining payment, the final illustration (without watermark) will be delivered via Google Drive or another agreed platform.Payments
- PayPal only, and in USD (United States Dollars), divided into two parts:
50% upfront and 50% after completion.
- The project will not begin until the first payment is confirmed.
- If the second payment is not completed, the final illustration will not be delivered (or will remain watermarked/incomplete), and payment will be required for the work already done.Deadlines & Delivery
- The completion time may vary between 1 day and 1 week or more, depending on complexity and the artist’s current queue.
- Files will remain available for 15 days after delivery.
-The client is responsible for saving their copy, as the artist does not guarantee permanent storage of files.Rights & Usage
- All works are delivered for personal use only. Commercial use (promotional, advertising, monetized, etc.) must be discussed in advance and may require an additional fee.
- Source files are not included
- The artist reserves the right to showcase the completed work in their portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.
- The artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel commissions if the client displays disrespectful, harassing, or problematic behavior.
If payment has been received but work has not yet started, a full refund will be issued. If work is already in progress, a partial refund will be provided based on the completed stage.
- I do not authorize my work to be used in NFTs or cryptocurrency projects.Refund Policy
- If the client cancels before the sketching stage begins, a 100% refund will be issued.
- If the cancellation occurs after the sketch is approved or during coloring, no refund will be given under any circumstances.
- If, for personal or technical reasons, the artist is unable to complete the commission, a full refund will be provided.

If you commission an Detailed animation of 1 minute or more you have the right to:-Animation with Free Audio Edit
-Creation of up to 3 free illustrated thumbnails in my art style Line Art if you want to publish your animation on Youtube

Work Process

- Progress updates shown during production will include a watermark, which will be removed once full payment is received.
- A Storyboard and then an Animatic will be presented for review. The client may request any necessary changes during the Storyboard stage.
- Once the Storyboard is approved, major changes (poses, timing, scenes) will not be accepted without an additional fee.
- Final delivery will be made via Google Drive or another agreed platform, watermark-free once 100% payment is confirmed.Payments
- PayPal only, and in USD (United States Dollars).
- 50% before starting and 50% upon completion of the animation.
- The final video will not be delivered until full payment has been received.Deadlines & Delivery
- Turnaround time may vary between 2 weeks and 4 months or more, depending on complexity.
- Weekly updates (with watermark) will be sent during production.

- If the project is canceled after storyboard approval or during animation, no refunds will be issued.
- If, for personal or technical reasons, I am unable to complete the project, a partial refund will be issued based on the unfinished portion.
